Project Description
“Charuta Homes” is a 14 storey premium residential project by Charuta Pvt Ltd. located in a prestigious Gulshan neighborhood of Gulshan Avenue.
Chinton is involved in the design of the common areas of this building, basement levels, ground floor lobby and service spaces and the roof terrace.
We are also designing the interiors of a number of apartments at Charuta Homes. The apartment sizes vary from 3500sft to 5500sft duplex units. The interiors reflect the individual requirements and tastes of the owners and each unit is the work of a different architect/designer at Chinton that is overseen by the partner Architects. The final designs are a product of many material studies and creative solutions.
