2019 ended with completion of another co working space in Dhaka. As this was our second co-working space that we were going to design, thought was given to how we could make Co Lab different and stand out.
As design consultants for Co Lab, our design idea after visiting the site was to keep the wide open vista as one of the main focuses of the space design; yet visually connected to the outdoors bringing a hierarchy. The basic rule of co-working spaces were kept in mind, giving the exact amount of privacy to individuals but also intertwined within. All basic facilities from restrooms to cafeterias have been designed carefully with touch of fun. Walls have inspirational quotes as per client demand and pop arts on discussion. A contemporary, bold, yet fun outlook was brought to the overall setup, tending to the new generation to get inspired to work better.
