Rayerbazar Women’s Dormitory.
A 48,000 sft Dormitory facility designed solely for women. The building will be able to accommodate 200 women with a range of room arrangements from shared quarters housing 15 girls to single usage suites. The facility will have a 24 hour Reception and Security desk with a Waiting lobby, Meeting Rooms and Training Areas that can be rented or used by women and an open Cafeteria in the lower floors. The Upper Living Floors have double height common rooms, small lounges, a gym and other spaces designed to create a comfortable living environment.
