B Property is a Real Estate company poised to expand in the Dhaka market. They have just moved their new Head Quarters to Lotus Kemal Tower on Gulshan Avenue.
Their 10,000 sft office space spans 2 levels. While designing this office, we had to accommodate a large work force and integrated into the design are smaller “wall free” spaces that are used by the teams while away from their work stations. The waiting areas and meeting rooms are crafted so that can represent the reliability and professionalism projected by the company.
