Criterion Mohammadpur.
Criterion Developers Limited is one of the fastest growing companies in the real estate industry of Bangladesh.
The aim of this project was to create a distinct and dynamic street façade playing with sharp, orthogonal geometry than can be a positive addition to the intricate mesh of high rise, low rise, residential, commercial, institutional buildings of the streets of Mohammedpur.
Each floor compromises of 3 different sized 3 bed units. The main design focus was to create interior spaces that allowed for natural and easy circulation and maximum flow of light and air.
