Project Description
RSA Capital Head Office.
The project was to design and do the fit out work for the head office of RSA capital Ltd, a financial institution that provides strategic financial & investment advisory services to corporates in Bangladesh and the region.
The design intent was to create a contemporary and clean interior, which also reflected the banking history of the company. An inviting ambiance has been created throughout with the clean and tranquil material palette of whites, greens and greys, along with warm wood finishes that reflect the company’s logo.
The interesting approach to the design was the use of local wooden boat models to recall the origins of Merchant Banking. Nautical details and imagery are used in the design. The design includes flexible spaces for use and engagement, providing full and equal access for all users. Each space has a particular visual presence and is differentiated by its furnishings, enclosure and lighting.
